The Redux Group, a Zillow Premier Partner, is currently looking for a high-producing real estate agent in Northern Virginia specializing in serving our internet clients.

PLEASE NOTE: Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area!
Responsibilities:
Engage, cultivate, and convert new contacts into buyer clients
Guide buyers through an end-to-end buying process to find the best property for their needs
Educate clients about relevant market changes, neighborhoods, financing options, and general information necessary to make a decision in the ever-changing real estate landscape
Actively work with team members to grow market share and positive team reputation
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining it)
Interest in and drive to learn how to be a top producing agent through our exceptional BootCamp, Mentorship Program, and ongoing coaching and training
Availability for full-time real estate work)
Sales and real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area!
