- Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsibilities- The Clinical Coordinator will serve as a clinic lead for primary care and specialty practices.
- Performs continuing educational training and assessment for understanding of best practices.
- Will assist in the creation and lead the implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Assesses clinical patient care areas and clinical staff to ensure industry regulations and standards are met.
- Trains Wellstone staff on clinical competencies and will maintain/update the clinical competency checklists as needed.
- Assists, trains, and supports phlebotomy needs for Wellstone.
- Occasionally assists with daily operations of clinic.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- Texas Licensure as Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) from an accredited institution.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association OR American Red Cross.
- 1+ years' experience of clinical training.
- Proficient with Electronic Health Records.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 3+ years in a clinic setting preferred
