**Responsibilities**
* Protect the legal, financial and moral well being of the dealership
* Effectively maintain customer order flow processes to ensure accurate, cost effective and timely handling of customer shipments and returns which achieves cost efficiencies and customer satisfaction
* Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful
* Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
* Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and cost control.
* Achieve company standards by maintaining an efficient check-in process while utilizing appropriate processes to ensure quick, accurate, easy access and prompt service
* Effectively and accurately distribute completed orders to delivery area and package for shipping while maintaining timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
* Accurately and promptly process incoming returns to sustain consistent workflow and proper accounting.
* Maintain secure and organized shipping and receiving systems to prevent damage and/or loss of company materials.
* Perform all job duties as requested by management
* Operate with integrity.
* Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
* Set an example of outstanding attendance, positive attitude, professionalism, including orderly and safe work environment
* Communicate and resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 6 months or more related experience in a shipping and receiving setting
* Basic communication skills-ability to read and write
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
* Excellent attendance and dependability.
* Basic computer skills necessary.
* Knowledge of Larry H. Miller Group's management (preferred)
