Overview: We are currently a Warehouse and Yard employee for our Fort Collins office. Expected pay between $15 and $17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

The warehouse employee works within a team environment and assists with all warehouse & yard responsibilities which include but are not limited to shipping/receiving, loading and unloading of trucks, order/material pick-up, stocking, sorting and delivery of materials, and inventory of trucks, trailers and equipment. The employee performs all tasks assigned in a correct and timely fashion. The employee maintains the warehouse work area in a professional and safe order. The employee manages time effectively to fulfill all assigned tasks and responsibilities. The employee also works in a professional and safety conscious manner including wearing necessary PPE and operating in a safe manner following established procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

- Must have current valid driver's license with clean record. CDL-A preferred (company will sponsor training and exam fees)

- Must pass background check and UA

- Must have good verbal and written communication skills as this position interacts with construction project managers, foremen and laborers, other warehouse personnel, mechanics, and office and managerial staff

- Must have adequate computer skills in order to create and process reports, emails, etc. (Excel, Word and Google Chrome and Gmail experience strongly preferred)

- Must be able to enter part numbers, descriptions and count into company database

- Must be able to validate current inventory levels for accuracy and conduct cycle counts as required and assist in taking inventory as required on a regular basis

- Must be able to operate forklift and pallet jacks (if not certified, company will provide training and certification)

- Must be able to perform physical, active labor including but not limited to lifting extremely awkward and heavy products repeatedly

- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

- Must have good visual acuity, depth perception, color vision and peripheral vision

- Must be willing to work both inside buildings/warehouses and outside in yards/job sites in extremes of cold, heat and humidity, depending on the season

- Must keep warehouse and outdoor storage areas clean and organized; must also keep inventory organized

- Must be punctual and dependable; job hours are 6:30 AM -- 3:00 PM Monday through Friday

Desired Skills:

- Speak English and Spanish

- Knowledge of CATV, telecommunications and/or fiber optic network construction

- Previous warehouse experience
