Our client is a well-established, Engineering firm looking for a Colorado Director of Survey. They are looking for someone with strong industry leadership skills, strong relationships with engineering firms and other partners within Colorado, along with strong business development skills to develop long-term strategic partnerships.

The Director of Survey must be able to manage the financial performance of a discipline in a region and have the ability to attract and retain key employees in the discipline. You must also be a collaborative team leader and able to work well with executive teams.

Background:
  • 10+ years in the Survey/Mapping Industry in Colorado
  • 5+ years in a Director Surveyor role
  • Strong AE contacts within Colorado to develop market penetration in service lines
  • Professional Surveyor License in Colorado
  • Some travel is required for executive meetings and other company events
  • Oversee and drive streamlined and efficient processes within business units
  • Manage and analyze all operational metrics and KPIs that guide decision making strategies
  • Must be able to form strong relationships with new contacts, network, and maintain relationships over long durations
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
