**Job Title:** Sales Associate Part Time
**Reports To:** Counter Manager
**Position Summary**Westman Atelier is recruiting energetic, passionate sales advisors with a passion for clean, luxury beauty, for full-time and part-time positions at Nordstrom. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, clienteling and sales achievement through exceptional communication skills, artistry, services, and ability to sell through building strong customer relationships and providing inspirational in-store experiences.
**Applicant Qualifications/Expectations**
* Previous retail industry experience is desirable, preferably within the beauty industry
* Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred; however we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn, and who are comfortable providing makeup applications on a regular basis.
* Complete a makeup application interview
* Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all customers at all times.
* Ask open-ended questions, listen to customer needs, and provide an interactive experience by offering makeup touch-ups
* Assist customers with product selection
* Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up
* Invite customers back for repeat visits
* Achieve minimum AUS and IPT as established by Westman Atelier and Nordstrom
* Achieve appointment booking goals
* Achieve individual and counter monthly sales goals
* Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients
* Maintain cleanliness of counter and tester units/testers
* Follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
