**Description**

**TransCore (TCI), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Warehourse Coordinator to join our team in Miramar, FL.**

**Summary:** The position is responsible for supporting the daily field operations by keeping the current warehouse locations and adequate inventory levels. This position also contributes to the satisfaction of contract requirements by completing reports, purchasing, and other client requests.

**Essential job duties and responsibilities** are but not limited to the following:

* Support the projects field operations by supplying technicians with the correct equipment promptly based on planned and arising needs.

* Maintain adequate inventory levels by planning and executing purchasing based on historical

* information and adjusting for changing needs.

* Inform management when low levels of stock quantity (below baseline) are identified and provide alternative solutions.

* Create and submit the Monthly Spare Parts Reports for the monthly meeting.

* Meet with management, assess inventory needs, and provide TME yearly projection every quarter.

* Execute and complete TME quarterly purchases within the first month of each quarter.

* Attend purchasing meetings with the client and provide status updates as required.

* Complete the receiving process for item purchases by the FDOT following their established guidelines.

**Supporting Duties:**

* Update inventory levels based on changing project needs by consulting with Program Managers and Project Manager.

* Monitor and control the inventory by following Wisetracks equipment check-in and out process, conducting truck audits, and regular warehouse audits.

* Conduct planning and informational sessions periodically to meet inventory levels with the projects management staff.

* Ensure the field technicians vehicle has the necessary spare part components following the established truck inventory guidelines.

* Conduct TransCores procuring and receiving process.

* Coordinate upkeep of warehouse locations.

* Ensure the inventory is accurate and meets the margins required for contract performance.

* Coordinate equipment testing when received from the field from other contractors.

* Complete RMA process.

* Complete the Surplus Process within Wisetrack and palletize all items.

* Track and execute equipment warranty.

* Procure tools and supplies on an as-needed basis to meet field operations needs field repairs, special projects, preventive maintenance.

* Coordinate purchases using local vendor accounts (The Home Depot, Grainger, Mercedes Electric, Graybar) and track them appropriately.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Understanding and working knowledge of Wisetrack software field inventory system

* Must successfully complete required background / drug screening that TransCore initiates as part of the hiring process; additionally, successfully complete a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and State Law Enforcement Radio System (SLERS) background screen when required by project.

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Fork lift and or pallet jack experience.
