The Associate Sales Representative assists the territorys Sales Representative in building and maintaining relationships with customers and patients by providing exceptional service, support and product expertise to achieve sales goals and objectives. S/he will work under the general supervision of the Regional Sales Manager and receives direction from the territorys sales representative.
**Job Description**
* Accountable for achievement of assigned company goals and objectives through sales to designated accounts.
* Assist the sales representative in identifying and profiling potential customers. With assistance and direction from the territory sales representative and/or the Regional Sales Manager, establishes contact and pursues establishment of a customer relationship. Organize and implement account management activities.
* Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects of products to customers, prospective customers and patients.
* Measure, fit and troubleshoot Breg products including custom braces.
* Prepare, gather and submit accurate paperwork required for insurance billing in a timely manner. Treat Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
* Provide inventory management services to customers, including ordering and returning product as needed.
* Prepare weekly reports on travel and service schedule.
* Attend local trade shows on an as needed basis.
**Requirements**
* Bachelors Degree
* 2+ years of demonstrated success in business-to-business sales, business development and/or direct patient contact is preferred, but not required.
* Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word and Excel capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
* Must be able to communicate effectively, behave professionally in stressful situations, work independently and without supervision, establish rapport, follow instructions, and exercise professional judgment in all situations.
* Candidates must live in Colorado Springs, Colorado or surrounding area.
* Candidate must be willing to travel and have own reliable transportation.
