As a Recruiter for Maryland Programs at Total Care Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse staff of well-qualified individuals to support our mission and goals. In this role, you will focus on recruiting staff for our programs in Maryland that provide case management services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, you will assist in hiring for positions across various departments within the organization and participate in job fairs, virtual and in-person interviews, candidate evaluations, and advising hiring managers on the selection of suitable candidates.

As a highly visible position, you will need to prioritize multiple demands, maintain a professional demeanor to represent the organization publicly, and contribute to achieving Total Care Services, Inc.'s strategic hiring goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 1 year of non-profit experience in the social services field
  • 3+ years of relevant recruiting and hiring experience with demonstrated results
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HIPAA regulations
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee branding
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and sourcing tools
