Full Job Description **A Day in the Life:** Provide exceptional customer service You will anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests in a timely manner. You will maintain positive guest relations at all times. You will resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company.

Review all required documentation to ensure accuracy.

Accurately process, verify, and/or submit documentation and orders.

Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals.

Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.

Participate in educational programs as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Problem solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Work well independently and as part of a group

Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and tasks

Independent decision making
