**Customer Service Agent I - Shop**
The Customer Service Agent I - Shop I is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway Shop operations. This position assists customers looking to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles completely online and have them delivered to their home.
The Customer Service Agent I - Shop reports to the Shop Supervisor.
**Responsibilities**
* Customer Concierge:
+ Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
+ Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email
+ Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
+ Presents financing terms
+ Presents protection products (ex: Extended warranties)
+ Collects down payment, Drivers License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income
+ Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines
* Maintain activity log
* Other duties as assigned
