Position: TeleReach Customer Service Representative for our Double Positive Campaign

Since 2004, our performance marketing agency has pioneered new ways of navigating the digital landscape, connecting advertisers to consumers in ways that minimize cost and maximize conversions. As a Customer Service Representative for DoublePositive you would be working at TeleReach INC. on the front lines, transferring qualified potential customers to sales teams.

Job Description:

*TeleReach INC is looking to hire individuals to work from home on a full-time or part-time basis for their DoublePositive campaign. All interviews will take place over Zoom; this is a permanent remote position with great schedules for students or those looking to pick up additional work! Over-time Available*

* Exciting and fast-paced environment focused on lead generation.

* Full-Time Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, split shift Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm and 5:30pm-9:00pm.

* Part-time Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-9:00pm or Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm

* Over-time Available

* Double Positive agents can work on several different verticals, doing lead generation for industries such as insurance, mortgages, and higher education.

* Full paid training course upon starting

* Starting pay is $10.00/hour

* Raises and/or promotions are available depending on attendance and performance.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound and inbound calls to various leads regarding insurance, mortgage, or higher education

* Excellent script adherence and Quality Assurance

* Gather customer information such as name, address and enter information into computer

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years or older

* Must be able to commute into Fort Lauderdale to pick up work equipment in order to work remotely

* 1 year of Customer Service experience, call center experience preferred *(previous Work from Home experience is a plus!)*

* Proficiency in basic computer skills

* Excellent communication and conversation skills and ability to read a script

* Handle a large call volume

Schedule and Technical Requirements:

* Must be able to work assigned shift discussed in interview

* Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 9am-9pm

* Individuals must have minimum internet speed to work from home

* Must be able to plug into a modem

Working Conditions:

* Must have a quiet area to do work from home, away from any street, tv or other outside noise

* Ability to work uninterrupted
