Dallas/Fort WorthThe Distribution Center Operations Team Lead will provide support to daily warehouse operations and system processes through the maintenance of inventory, monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments, cycle count planning and implementation, and the general upkeep of the warehouse space and location and office.You ll Make a Difference ByDaily operation monitoring and system process execution.Shipping of all orders in a timely manner.Compliance of orders with SOP requirement.Receiving Containers, In/Out Raw material, Inbounds and transfers, breaking bundles, consolidating rainbow frames, container yard.Conducting secondary checks and inspections of orders before loading and shipping out.Inventory management.Warehouse floor space management.Upkeep of warehouse cleanliness.Tracking of WMS information and physical inventory.Reporting issues or incidents to Operations Supervisor.Monitoring inventory of operational supplies.Maintenance of warehouse and warehouse equipment/tools.Proper running of operational tools and equipment.Operations Supervisor Back-up when Supervisor is absent. (Includes all office and warehouse operation job responsibilities.)Assist Operation Supervisor with office task when needed.About YouHigh School diploma/G.E.D. level education or undergraduate education.One (1) to two (2) years of warehouse-related supervisory experience.Knowledge and Skills:Organizational skills.Strong safety minded skills (ability to interpret and process safety procedures and manuals)Ability to withstand a variety of standing, lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds, and pulling inventory.Ability to use pallet jacks.Leadership abilities.Operation of forklift (past certification preferred)Great Oral and Written Communication Skills.Qualifications:About AriatAriat is an innovative, outdoor global brand with roots in equestrian performance.
