**Adult Day Care Patient Transport**
**Centers Adult Day Care** is looking to hire **Adult Day Care Patient Transport** **Van Drivers** to drive the Facility transportation van for our Adult Day Cares in NYC.
**Duties and requirements include:**
* Transport staff/residents in and around NYC
* Clean driving record
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
* Needs to be dependable.
* Must be able to work as a team member.
* CDL license required
**LOCATIONS:**
Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island
