Job Details

Reporting to the Operations Manager of MS Interiors Sites, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:Key Responsibilities:Manage site operations including site establishment, manpower planning, materials procurement planning, and day-to-day runningCommunicate, monitor and coordinate works with main contractors, architects, consultants, and clients representatives by attending site meetings and taking necessary follow-up actionsManage projects with respect to budget (allowable), technical & client specifications, and deadlinesPrepare and present monthly cost reports for projects to managementManage the contractual matters relating to projects disputes, extension of time, scope, etc.Manage project cash flow and ensure proper funding for smooth running of site operationsFollow up for work variations with QS team and need for acceleration costsDevelop & administer quality control policies and proceduresQualifications & Experience:Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentConversant with shop drawings/construction drawingsMinimum 10 years of proven experience in management of large construction/renovation projectsAdditional qualifications in Project Management would be an advantageOther Requisites:Knowledge of FIDIC contractsComputer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applicationsSelf-organised and flexible on working hours
