Join our team as a Customer Experience Associate - $13/hour 100% work from home Full Time (40 hours/week)

About the Role

You will be supporting our clients customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems
• Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services
• Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations
• Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner
• Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date
• Providing exceptional customer service while thriving in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be at least 18 years or older with High School Diploma or GED
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Live within 50-mile Radius of London, KY and have high speed internet.
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
• Have at least six months of customer service experience.
• Must have the flexibility to work any shift (schedule will be assigned at time of offer); Monday through Sunday, inclusind holidays.
