File Auditor
Full Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM
Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is currently seeking a File Auditor for LSS Health Center (formerly Health Center at Faith Mission) in Columbus, Ohio. What will I do as a File Auditor with Lutheran Social Services?
- Work with Quality Assurance team to create a successful EHR system to limit inaccuracy and incomplete or missing files.
- Assist data analyst with reports and data tracking through various systems
- Accurately organize and upload confidential client material.
- Search for and investigate information contained in charts.
- Ensure chart accuracy and keep patient charts current.
- Assist with regular chart audits.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs for grant funders and other regulatory bodies.
- Assists with any data entry or other tasks in the department as necessary.
- Create and maintain accurate file tracking system.
- Supply information from EHR data or remove & track files upon request.
- Attends team meetings when necessary.
- Sign off on audited transition/discharge summaries.
- Copies materials, create & close files/charts
- Maintains professional demeanor at all times with clients, staff members and volunteers, etc.
- Performs all other duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements for a File Auditor with Lutheran Social Services:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word preferred.
