Total Wine & More is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our Marketing Department

be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive online and in-store traffic, revenue, increase brand visibility, and enhance overall customer engagement.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, proficiency in MarTech tools, strong project management skills, and a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.You will report to the Marketing Director, Paid Social, Affiliate and Display.
You will:


Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, including but not limited to social media advertising, display & video advertising, and affiliate marketing with internal and external teams.


Manage and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics, ensuring maximum return on investment across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, Affiliate and Programmatic Display. Suggest new tactics for campaigns, be the stakeholder in understanding what campaigns drive the best performance by various target/ KPIs like audience targeting & creative tactics.


Monitor agency performance, track KPIs, and evaluate campaign effectiveness while making data-informed recommendations for continuous improvement. Adjust plans on daily, weekly, and monthly level to ensure campaigns are hitting top line goals.


Collaborate with Director, teams, and agencies on adjustments to the digital advertising budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact and efficiency across campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly pacing.


Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators. Use tools like Adobe, in platform analytics, and work with customer insights team on weekly/monthly reporting. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders.


Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on data analysis, A/B testing, and market research. Constantly testing creative, campaign and audience to drive growth in revenue, ROAS and engagement.
You will come with:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
7+ years of strong experience managing and optimizing ecommerce campaigns on platforms in Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads and others. From creation to optimization to analysis. With a focus in retail and paid media.
Experience with Google shopping/PMAX ads including setup of the product catalog.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in MarTech tools for campaign automation and optimization.
Strong project management skills with a focus on timely execution.
Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets effectively.
Ability to stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.
Relevant certifications from platforms like Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or others can be a plus.
