We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Warehouse Team as our **Warehouse Assistant.** This role is **full-time, permanent** working out of our EQ3 Chicago Distribution Center located in Illinois.

**THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or shipping & receiving with excellent customer service skills and experience.
* Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with great attention to detail and organization.
* Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively with little to no supervision.
* Able to work alone or in a team with a strong positive attitude
* Able to effectively communicate in English (oral and written)
* Able to perform manual labor for long periods of time and lift items in excess of 100lbs.
**MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:**
* Assist with loading/unloading product into the delivery truck.
* Assist with the inventory check as it comes in against packing slips, inventory accuracy and receiving procedures.
* Works for long periods of time moving and lifting stock to ensure orderly stock room environment
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with store management, delivery personnel and shipping staff at LDC and EQ3 Customer Service.
* Assist with each day's deliveries to ensure all items have indeed been delivered.
* Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store, including custodial duties such as mopping and sweeping.
* Preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery; assisting with loading of customer and delivery vehicles.
* Receiving po's
* Understands importance of and delivers workplace safety initiatives.
