Overview:Job Overview:The Clinical Manager at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all of its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is ultimately responsible for the daily administration and supervision of Kolmac-CCG delivery of clinical services.
This includes staffing all programs, as well as the training and development of all clinical staff.

This individual provides oversight and authority for ensuring compliance with Kolmac/CCG policies and procedures. The Clinical Manager has responsibility for the long and short-term planning, program evaluation, and compliance with federal, state, local, and independent regulatory statutes.

, including interviewing, training, staffing for all sessions/groups, performance management/annual evaluations

executing established clinical outcome Key Performance Indicators including patient retention, successful program completion
rates,
direct client care, clinical outcomes, program census and
attendance,

Average Length of Stay.In partnership with the Executive Director
is responsible for
ensuring staff Key Performance Indicators including counselor direct care hours are being met.Sets a standard of clinical and professional excellence providing clear expectations and accountability for all clinical staff, including ensuring that all staff adhere to guiding principesAlong with the Executive

is responsible for
overall patient satisfaction. Responds to patient concerns and resolves clinical, program, and customer service issues with solutions that are in line with established ethical guidelines and best practicesP

form regular employee reviews and provide feedback on their performance to help motivate their dedication to professional goals

recovery oriented
approach to patient care is promoted and practiced
.Is skilled in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Trauma Informed Treatment
Approaches, and
assists
in training clinical staff in these approaches.Provides supervision
with a focus on
performance management as well as clinical certification or licensure.To include the following:Will complete weekly clinical supervision documents within 24 hours of supervision and
submit
to clinical leadership
in accordance with
company clinical supervision policiesEnsures completion of clinical documentation including Treatment Plans, BAMs, group, individual, discharge summaries, and all other required
documentationFacilitates and documents weekly staff meetings and group supervision, and case
consultations
as neededRegularly
observes
groups and individual sessions to ensure service delivery meets clinical standardsCompletes
and
submits
to clinical leadership the required number of active chart reviews as well as 100% of intake charts and 100% of discharge charts to ensure all treatment and documentation being provided is consistent with the organizations standardsReviews daily and weekly reports to ensure patient care, documentation, and other Key Performance Indicators are adhered toReviews all admission,
discharge
and other census data weekly for their program / area of responsibilityCoordinates with clinical leadership / Human Resources the on-boarding and termination status of all employees consistent with organization standardsResponsible for carrying a reduced caseload. Temporary full caseload may b

Qualifications:Qualifications - Education and Experience:Must Haves:Must meet all state and regulatory requirements to provide Clinical Supervision to Substance Use Disorder clinical staff in the state you are employedExperience providing group and individual counseling to individuals with substance use and co-occurring psychiatric disorders
.Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory/leadership position within the human services fieldFamiliar with state / federal regulations, CARF standards, and DEA regulations
when necessaryMust have a minimum of 3 years working within the field of substance use disorder treatment.Must
become
competent in Medication Assisted Treatment best practicesMust be willing to work the hours that are
required
based on specific locationExhibits excellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent documentation and computer skills
required
, including the use of
electronic medical records.Is engaging with staff and patients while promoting accountability that supports the
organizations
clinical outcomes and metrics.Compliance with the ethical and professional standards and practices of counselors and therapists.Initiative to lead and be proactive in critical situations

Qualifications - Licenses and Other Required Credentials:LCADC, LCPC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, and SUD Approved Supervisor status in MarylandLPC, LCSW, LSATP in VirginiaCADC
LCDP, LPCMH, LCSW in DelawareLPCC, LISW, LCDC-3 In Ohio
