We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Working as our Sales Manager, you would be responsible for running and operating a profitable sales department including hiring, training, and developing our sales representatives. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales management experience with a proven track record.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities from all sources.
• Train and mentor those in the Sales Department.
• Ensure Sales Department goals are reached, and store processes are followed.
• Proper desking of sales transactions.
• Always provide world-class customer service to clients.

Qualifications

Sales Manager Qualifications

• Professional demeanor, integrity, and daily commitment to excellence.
• 2-3 years of prior automotive Sales Management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's License.

Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen - THC not included in the screening.
