Job SummaryProduce, inspect, and package quality plastic parts within established production standards while following safety guidelines; perform secondary operations to injection-molded plastic parts.
Qualifications - One to three years operator experience desired
- Competency in reading and writing skills an asset
Key Responsibilities of Production Associates- Bolt, clip, screw, cement, or otherwise fasten parts together by hand or with power machinery
- Trim or ream flash from parts using hand tools as needed
- Re-package parts in accordance with packaging specifications to prevent damage when shipping
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met
- Give breaks to other operators when required
- Follow all safety rules; report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity
- Must have basic knowledge of QMS, EMS know the Quality Policy
- Ensure 5S standard cleanliness of equipment, cell, and plant
