ABOUT THE COMPANY:

  • They are seeking a proficient Business Administrator to join their team and oversee the day-to-day business activities of their local service center.

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Manage specific day-to-day business, project management, and accounting activities of the region Service Center.
  • Business Administrator ensures accuracy of customer order entry information and process Order Acknowledgement letters.
  • Coordinate contract requirements and review client/project data records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Summarize cost data for client billing and issue invoices for the service center/region.
  • Maintain communication with customers and vendors to resolve collection and payables issues.
  • Business Administrator analyzes financial and business data to develop recommendations for management.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, including issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely completion of project reports.
  • Perform Intermediate-level Network Administrator responsibilities as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in service center administration, invoicing, or bookkeeping.
  • Business Administrator must be proficient in Oracle, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting practices.
  • Ability to work in a service center environment and communicate effectively with clients and employees.
  • Associates Degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience required.
