As the Telemarketing Multi-Market Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing telemarketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in all things Home Improvement! You will lead a team of telemarketing Supervisors providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales calls, and achieve revenue targets in two locations, including abroad
Lead, mentor, and motivate supervisors of telemarketing districts, setting clear goals and performance expectations
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing empathetic feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness
Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and telemarketing techniques
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to refine strategies and tactics
Collaborate with Confirmations and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless integration of telemarketing efforts
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using our CRM system
Qualifications:
5 years as a Telemarketing Manager
Strong understanding of telemarketing techniques, call center operations, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, organization and number objections
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
