Job Description:

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Product Support Analyst supporting the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity's (USAMMDA) Warfighter Expeditionary Medicine and Treatment (WEMT) Project Management Office (PMO).

Our work depends on a Product Support Analyst joining our team and utilizing their experience and science background to ensure the WEMT PMO advanced medical products are developed following DoD requirements and able to meet the acquisition timeline to make is way to the Warfighter.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

* Providing product management support to the assigned PMO and support the advanced development requirements for medical products

* Participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to include scheduling meetings, attending and preparing agendas and related documentation, and developing meeting minutes

* Supporting numerous efforts and effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the product portfolio

* Supporting all major initiatives to advance product development and associated activities

* Assisting with programmatic and technical document review, market research, and vendor site visits/demonstrations

* Assisting in portfolio management by performing budget analysis and contract support in regards to deliverables and periods of performance

* Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technology and industry developments

* Supporting the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle and document preparation

* Participating in special projects as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

* Education: Bachelors Degree in a Science or related field

* Required Experience: 5 + years of related experience in project management support

* Required Technical Skills: Ability to take meeting minutes and develop and review written documentation and presentations

* Security Clearance Level: No security requirements - Must be able to obtain a NACI(T1)

* Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Being proactive and able to work independently to engage with the product managers.

* Location: Currently on-site 3 days a week in Ft Detrick (Frederick, Maryland)

* Travel: Willingness to travel (potentially 2 day trips every couple months)

* US Citizenship Required
