Beer Capitol Distributing in Sussex, WI is now hiring **1st Shift Order Picking Associates**. This position is responsible for handling and picking orders for delivery.
Compensation
$17.00 plus incentives.
Schedule
Our 1st Shift Order Picking employees work 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday and start at 10:00am. They average 40-50 hours per week with time and a half for hours worked over 40.
Responsibilities
* Accurately locating and picking beer products for orders
* Building correct pallet orders with picked beer products
* Use voice picking program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products
* Drive riding pallet jacks and forklifts consistently throughout shift
Skills and Abilities
* Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required
* 2nd shift experience is preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated
* Strong attention to detail and problem solving
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis
