In addition, you will work alongside a team of experienced sports traders to help you learn from some of the best in the industry.

As an Injury Analyst, you will work within the Caesars trading team helping to maximize the strength of margins and price movement using data created to forecast impact on the playing status of players.

Using experience and data points you will be required to identify key players and the impact of their status on the betting lines, while also sourcing reliable information, and experience to assist the trading team on decisions for players that are placed on relevant injury reports.

This is a highly visible crucial role where relationship building, and communication with multiple teams is a key component to success. All trading employees have the potential to impact profit or loss for our business, so good mathematical and risk assessment skills are essential.

What You Will Do:

* Ability to identify key players and the impact to the betting line

* Build and manage a database of players and sources

* Identify and highlight injuries as soon as they happen

* Assist the trading team with information and feedback

* Adjust and monitor key players as seasons progress

What you will need:

* Knowledge of all professional and collegiate sports

* Strong decision making

* Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Results-driven - thrives on improving results and profitability

* Quick thinking and decisive - ability to make trading decisions without hesitation

* Ability to rapidly build relationships and to work in collaboration with other teams and functions across the business

* Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, any day including weekends and holidays

* Working knowledge of sports betting and the calculation of odds preferred but not required

* Sports betting experience is preferred but not required

* you will work alongside a team of experienced sports traders eager to share their knowledge.

Essential Functions/Exposures:

* Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

* Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time

* Attendance in the office
