Based in your own home town in the Pacific Northwest, we will ask you work with Project Managers and Field Surveyors throughout the region and globe to complete survey related task on major infrastructure programs.We'll Also Ask you to:Work primarily in the office or home office overseeing and directing field crews performing control, boundary, topography, and laser scanning. You will also be responsible for post process field data in a variety of software platforms to create client deliverables in accordance with scope and applicable standards/specifications. Specific task will could include:Field crew setupGeodetic control network planning and designControl survey processing and adjustmentFeature processing of topographic field data in CADGenerating, editing and clean-up of Digital Terrain Models (DTM)Title commitment reviewPublic records researchCOGO calculationsDetermination of Land and Right of Way boundariesDrafting of Land Survey Plats, ALTA Surveys, and Topographic MapsWriting property descriptionsObtaining permitsObtaining Right of EntryEnsuring all QC plans are followedWork with PM to establish estimate of hours to complete each taskCollaborate with a multi-discipline teamAdhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocolsAt Jacobs, we re partnering across the globe to create the best project outcomes by maximizing the design, digital technology, and support capabilities of our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations [add if remote].
