Food Solutions International operates a USDA certified kitchen that produces food for Zippy's Restaurants as well as preparing and packaging items for business clients that extend to the US mainland.

AS A PRODUCTION COOK, you will be working at Zippy's Central Kitchen where we manufacture and distribute frozen and pre-cooked Zippy's products. Preparing and producing Zippy's favorites like our famous Chili in large quantities according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules. In this role, you must also be comfortable operating large kitchen equipment for mass production.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be able to work day shift on any day between 5:00am to 8:30pm
  
• Must be able to lift 50 to 65 pounds on a regular basis
  
• Must be able to read and comprehend English, as all recipes and HAZCOM information will be in the English language
  
• Able to stand or walk up to 8 hours/day on a regular basis
