Customer Service Call Center Representative
Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer all inbound service leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
Schedule service appointments
Contact present customers (phone, email, text) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
Understand and implement dealership service process
Make CSI follow-up calls.
Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
Advise customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
Requirements
Time management skills

Superior customer service skills
Call center experience helpful, but not required
Automotive experience a plus
Proficient with basic computer applications
Outgoing and friendly, not easily intimidated
Ability to handle customer rejection
Excellent follow-through skills
