Job Description:* Position is for the Logistician, NSWCPD Code 251/252, to support the Sustainment & Modernization Branch (Code 251) and the Technology Deployment Branch (Code 252) and execute Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Machinery System integration initiatives and manage Major Modernization programs focusing on ship alterations Machinery Alterations (MACHALTs).* The Logistician will have excellent organizational, communications, and presentation skills.Required Skills and Experience:* Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of experience in the investigation of parts /material and technical manual support.Requirements:* Minimum Education: High school diploma, trade/industrial school graduate, GED equivalent or graduate of a military school which provided an in-depth knowledge of naval shipboard systems maintenance and operation.* Must be a U.S. citizen.* An active secret security clearance.ORBIS offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary in a professional atmosphere.
