Responsibilities:

- Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive instruction that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation. Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress regularly using various assessment tools and techniques. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to help students improve their academic performance.
- Differentiated Instruction: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with individualized education plans (IEPs) and English language learners (ELLs).
- Parent and Community Engagement: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates, conferences, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with the school community to create a supportive learning environment.
- Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and stay updated on best practices in education. Participate in school-wide professional development activities.
- Classroom Resources: Manage classroom materials, resources, and technology effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times. Adhere to school policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- State teaching certification or licensure (if applicable).
- Previous teaching experience in an elementary or middle school setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional methods, and classroom management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
