As a Client Services Associate, you will assist with trafficking campaigns to the Programmatic Trading team, the preparation and production of reports, and other resources for clients. Utilize writing expertise and content creation skills to craft and enhance materials for strategic communications across campaigns.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Manages counts and inventory availability for DSPolitical providing guidance as needed.
- Use knowledge of, or become fluent in, Catalist and PDI to offer strategic guidance on media plans around audience segmentation and targeting.
- Oversee payment status once Insertion Orders are signed, using discretion to notify others of any issues or concerns.
- Traffic creative between client and Programmatic Trading team, using understanding of client needs and knowledge of organizational capabilities to ensure that client needs are met and PT is aware of all changes and add ons.
- Monitor pacing and budgets of at least $ $10,000 to backstop Programmatic Trading, using judgment to escalate as needed.
- Support clients on Deploy (our self service tool) by advising on and utilizing best practices and optimizations to campaigns to ensure full delivery.
- Actively participate in meetings, providing suggestions and insights; oversee decisions from meetings.
Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- A demonstrated interest and/or experience in democratic politics or public affairs. Years of relevant education may be substituted for years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google file sharing.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.

Office Hours
This position is remote friendly. We work on a hybrid basis at our office locations with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
