Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users in a field support capacity. You will resolve hardware and software issues, deploy new equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and peripherals. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide on-site technical support to end-users in various locations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing, and resolving network connectivity problems, and ensuring the proper functioning of computer systems and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Deploy and upgrade operating systems, software applications, and security patches.
- Set up and configure user accounts, email accounts, and other user-specific settings.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve escalated technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
