Responsibilities:

Opening for Temp-to-Perm Conversions

Position is for AM Shift (5am-5pm) or PM Shift (5pm-5am) on a 3-4 bi-weekly rotation.
Work week schedule is Sunday-Wedneday OR Wednesday- Saturday with every other Wednesday off.

The Inventory Control Clerk will maintain and dispense paper inventory for plant production.

Essential Duties

  • 90% Essential Duties
    • Pull, transfer, deduct jobs and restock according to appropriate work instructions.
    • Count and verify paper inventory (audits).
    • Process scrap, destroy obsolete orders and record in inventory system accordingly.
    • Follow good warehousing practices in receiving and maintaining stock levels.
    • Operate performance deadlines for customer output.
    • Implement and support ISO 9001 specifications and requirements.
  • 10% Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Skills and Abilities

  • The ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills and have the ability to define problems, collect data, and able to fix the problems.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Ability to read and follow the instructinos, mechanical aptitude to operate department machinery

Required Experience

  • Minimum, High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Strongly prefer 6 months related experience with Warehouse Inventory.
  • Minimum, 12 months work experience. Forklift certification is a plus
