**Job Skills / Requirements**
We're looking for someone in the San Antonio area to join our team as a
Patient Safety Officer who: Assumes responsibilty for constant patient observation and ensures patients safety while actively preventing self-harm to others.
You'll be successful with the following qualifations:
*Highschool Diploma or GED
Prefered qualifications:
* experience in the security field: preffered
* Experience in medical field as a CNA or PCA: preffered
**Education Requirements (Any)**
High School Diploma or Equivalent
