We are looking for a Bank Branch Manager, Retail Banking responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch including operations, client service, product sales, and security and safety.
Your specific duties will include:
- Hiring, training, and developing staff.
- Developing and executing sales strategies and relationship-building.
- Monitoring branch trends.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
- Proven sales ability and documented branch growth.
- Minimum of 7 years in a branch environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts.
- Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees
Pay Rate Range: $74,880 -101,200/ year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
