The individual in this role must be available to work from Mondays through Fridays.**Reporting to:** Home Healthcare Store Manager**Duration:**
Full-time, Permanent**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Work under supervision of the Home Healthcare Store Manager* Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase* Advise customers on use and care of merchandise and provide advice concerning specialized products* Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, warranties and delivery dates* Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or packing slips, record shortages and reject damaged goods* Assist in display of merchandise* Conduct sales transactions in a friendly and professional manner* Perform other duties as required**Qualifications****QUALIFICATIONS*** High school diploma* Experience in a retail or sales setting an asset* Home healthcare product knowledge considered an asset* Excellent oral/written communication and a strong customer service orientation* Home healthcare product knowledge considered an asset* Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities and deadlines* Proficient in Microsoft Office* SAP experience considered an asset* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds**About Medline Canada**Medline Canada stands at the forefront of healthcare, providing expertise and a breadth of solutions for every care setting.
