Base salary, commissions and spiffs. Total target minimum compensation $100,000+ **Comfort Master, Inc** is looking for hardworking, driven sales people who are positive, outgoing and have the desire to earn uncapped commissions! **HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor**
**Primary Job Function:** To educate customers on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment in their home. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems.
**Work Hours:** Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Home Solutions Advisor may regulate their work hours accordingly.
**Pay Scale:** Base salary, commissions and spiffs. Total target minimum compensation $100,000+

**Required Qualifications:**
* 2+ years consultative sales experience
* Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
* Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
* Valid driver's license
