is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care to our patients in our medical facility.

1. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and psychotherapy.
3. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
5. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in psychiatric care.
8. Stay current with advancements in psychiatric medicine through continuing education and professional development activities.

1. Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry/Mental Health.
2. Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in NJ.
3. Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred.
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
5. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
8. Commitment to providing patient-centered care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
