The Assembly 1 position in Wichita, KS entails putting together products to meet the required specifications and routing instructions. The successful individual will execute these tasks to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Utilizes CNC Benders, Parflange, Deburring tool, Rotary saw, Hose Crimpers, Tape Measures, and various other hand tools to create tubing, hoses sub-assemblies per customer specification
Utilizes build instructions and testing reports to document product conformity
Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead and or supervisor
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
Performs prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required
Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies
Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspecos quality procedures/processes
