General Responsibilities:
Day-to-day oversight of multiple operational processes required to manage tracking and governance of sharing data with external third parties
Serve as primary point of contact for business divisions seeking guidance on external data sharing requirements, processes and our internal system of record(s)
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with Product Management, Technology, Business Risk Offices, and business division teams
Collect, analyze and measure process data to compile reports to senior leadership and executives; review data for process trends and gaps that may require additional review
Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and project oversight materials (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)
Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy
Create and manage process communications targeting and tailored for various audience levels, including executive level communications
Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least 4 years of Process Management experience
At least 1 year of Project Management experience
At least 1 year of experience working with Product and Technology teams
Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
