Shift Availbility: Day Shift, Part Time Days and Weekend Shifts
Salary: $15-$17 per hour
Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of recreational activities that cater to residents' interests and preferences.
Engage with residents on an individual and group level, fostering social interaction, emotional well-being, and a sense of community.
Set up activity spaces, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are ready for use.
Assist residents during activities, providing support, encouragement, and ensuring their safety.
Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback to inform future activity planning.
Uphold a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring all residents feel valued and involved.
Continuously adapt activities based on resident feedback and changing preferences.
Support residents during outings and special events as needed.
