Eligibility for Raises**Our Full-Time Salary Range for Wellness Center Veterinarians is $85,000 - $115,000per year **We arelooking foradedicatedandcompassionate Veterinarianto work full-time at ourWalnut Creek, California Wellness Center, Tuesday Saturday.Our Wellness Centers provide high quality preventive and wellness pet care services including diagnostic testing, vaccinations, preventive medications, microchipping, nail trims andwellnessexams.As aPetIQVeterinarian, you will get the satisfaction of providing necessary care for pets without the pressures of a full-service veterinary environment.Whether you are a recent graduate or a seasoned Veterinarian looking to further advance veterinary care in our communities, we would like to connect with you.Responsibilities

Performphysicalexaminationsand bloodtesting; administer vaccinations, nail trims and microchipsConsult pet owners on nutrition, preventive healthcare and general careMaintainrelevant, comprehensive medical recordsProvidementorshiptoveterinary support team by communicatingPetIQmedical standards, ethical practices, and your knowledge and experienceContinuously strengthen and build thePetIQbrandAttend monthly staff training meetingsOther duties or functions asassignedMinimum Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary schoolCAState license to practice in the professionPreferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of vaccine protocols, intestinal parasites prevention and heartworm prevention, heartworm disease in both cats and dogs, heartworm and flea preventives, and prescription productsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skills, ensuring accurate and reliable work productStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsCreative, flexible and innovative thinker; management skills to mentor team membersEducation Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary schoolCA State license to practice in the professionPhysical Requirements

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.$100,000 - $143,000 a year

Salary commensurate with experience and shifts worked per pay period. Listed salary for full time (4-5 shifts per week).

Bonus incentive available (not production based) for Full-Time employees.
