Job Title: Warehouse Technician
Location: Sacramento
Hours: M-F, 7am-4pm

- $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Performs daily shipping and receiving duties including packing and palletizing.
- Prepares documentation for shipping and receiving of products and inventory.
- Efficiently loads customer's orders.
- Communicates any damage to manager before accepting shipment.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments and compares with purchase orders to verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
- Receives and properly stores incoming shipments.
- Maintains shipping records, including providing tracking or shipment history information upon request.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with internal Project Managers and Sales Team.
- Effectively communicate, understand oral instructions, read and interpret documents and instructions.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: - High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Forklift experience is preferred/ forklift certification a plus.
- Must have valid driver's license and insurable DMV record.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication (verbally and written) with all levels of the organization and able to build effective relationships with others.
- Highly motivated and high initiative in providing proactive efforts to resolve discrepancies with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Effective time management.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow-through skills.
- Able to perform challenging physical tasks during entire shift and lift up to 65 pounds on a regular basis.
