Position Overview:
Our Mixing & Bagging Associates work as part of the mixing crew in the warehouse to prepare, label, blend and package grass seed before palletizing it for proper storage and/or shipment to our customers.
What youll do:
- Enter correct information into label machine to ensure proper lot number is recorded on each bag
- Load seed into the industrial mixer
- Fill bags with seed, seal and label them before palletizing and shrinkwrapping pallets
- Stock product in correct warehouse location
- Pull orders and prepares loads for delivery to customer
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
- Maintain a safe working environment

Skills We Are Seeking::
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds consistently
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Fulton, MD
- Team-oriented and friendly personality
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Bilingual Proficiency - English/Spanish speaking candidates are preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
