Come join our Medline ReNewal team in Redmond, Oregon! We have an immediate opening for an **Inventory Coordinator** who will be responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory, pulling and issuing materials to production departments against MRF sheets, performing cycle counts and transaction audits.

Medline ReNewal is a single use medical device (SUD) commercial reprocessor. We collect used SUDs from healthcare facilities nationwide at our newly commissioned facility in Redmond, Oregon and remanufacture them to meet or exceed the performance specifications of a new original equipment device. **Here are some of the job duties:**

* Work with Production, Production Supervisors, and Warehouse personnel as needed

* Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis per schedule

* Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and resolve

* Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)

* Report any damaged or expired product to purchasing

* Ensure that all inventory received is correct and stocked in assigned location

* Be the main point of contact for any inventory that is located in the Warehouse or Cage

* Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse at all times

* Conform to all quality and safety procedures

* Coverage for front desk office administrative position when needed

* Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

**Education**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

**Relevant Work Experience**

* 2+ years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.

* Previous experience with SAP & Catalyst or equivalent enterprise and warehouse management systems required

**Additional**

* Associate Degree preferred.

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

* Must be a team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

**Physical Requirements**

* Move product, supplies, and boxes up to and over 50 lbs. Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing, visual acuity-near and far, depth perception, field of vision, color vision
