Job Description International Development Group LLC (IDG) is seeking highly motivated student for a position as a part time intern. This internship will take place between June 2024 - August 2024.This is a paid internship. The successful candidate must be able to commit to at least 24-30 hours per week. The position is envisioned to be remote although on-site opportunities may be available for those located in the DC area. The Intern may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). IDG's internship program is open to currently enrolled students in undergraduate and graduate programs. Individuals who have already graduated are also eligible. The Internship Program offers opportunities to work alongside an energetic group of professionals on projects designed that will allow the Intern hands-on experience in the rewarding and challenging work of international development. The Intern may have an opportunity to prepare and submit a research project which they will present before the conclusion of the program. Duties/ Responsibilities: Provide support for new business development and project recruitment Attend meetings and take notes on behalf of recruitment as needed Assist in uploading documents and updating candidate information on Zoho Recruit Conduct research for bids and capture planning Under the direction of the Senior Recruiting Manager, provide recruitment support for ongoing international development projects, including in sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe, South Asia, and Latin America. Perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor. Requirements: Applicants in the process of obtaining either a Bachelor's or Master's degree will be considered. High degree of organization, attention to detail, and skill at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks. Ability to work remotely as a part of a team. Must be computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to conduct online research is required. Experience with Zoho or other Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. Strong communications, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills; and excellent report writing abilities required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
