We are currently looking to hire Mechanics who are highly skilled and knowledgeable in pipefitting and/or plumbing installation.
Mechanic's Responsibilities:
* Setting and Installation of units and equipment
* Ability to set and install prefabricated materials and equipment
* Ability to install hangers, steel and copper piping, and piping supports
* Proper use of PPE and trade tools needed for trade
* Ability to read blueprints
* Experience with high lift and scissor lift operations
* Testing and connecting pumps and mechanical equipment
* Ability to fill and flush systems
* Soldering and minor welding capability
Mechanic's Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Journeyman Certification in Sheet Metal, Plumbing or Pipefitting
* OSHA 30 Certification
* Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety
* Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
* Ability to work on ladders, stand, reach, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs
* Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
