Requirements:
Proven experience working with Nutanix - must be a SME
Must have an active IRS and/or Department of Treasury Public Trust
Strong understanding of virtualization concepts
Solid knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
Desired Skills:
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) certification
Experience with storage technologies (SAN, NAS)
Responsbilities:
Design, configure, and deploy Nutanix clusters tailored to specific client requirements.
Perform ongoing administration and maintenance of Nutanix clusters, including health checks, performance optimization, and resource management.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot Nutanix-related issues, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with internal teams (network engineers, system administrators) and external stakeholders to integrate Nutanix solutions seamlessly into existing environments.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices for Nutanix deployments.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Nutanix technologies and industry trends through ongoing training and certification.
